We want to build knowledge with you. We believe in sharing knowledge, stories, experiences and ambitions so that together we can build something bigger than ourselves and better than what came before.
Whether property and construction is your primary enterprise or one of its many components, we consider your interests in the context of your whole business, your strategic plan and tactical advantages
Our work centres around property, development, construction and business. Our advice is focussed and straightforward. We know what you want from a lawyer because we have sat on the client side of the table.
You work flexibly and so do we. You are assured happier and more engaged advisers because we walk the flexible workplace talk, look after ourselves, each other and - most importantly - you.
At Morris Legal Group, our focus is outcomes for clients. Unlike other law firms, we don’t bill you for our time. We don’t even record our time, if we can help it. We proudly offer fixed fees wherever we can, so that you have certainty over your spend.
Property is the largest purchase that most Australians will make. You need a focussed and dedicated team who specialise in property to be looking after the process, so you can plan your next adventure.
A lease is not a lease, and ensuring that you have the right lease in place and a lawyer that really understands its effect makes the difference between a good deal and a great deal.
You worked hard to create your wealth, and you need someone onside to assist you to protect it. Dealing with asset protection, self-managed superannuation and writing your will often feels daunting, but it doesn’t have to be.
