To confirm our engagement, please submit the below form. It’s that easy!

This form includes fields for you to provide or update your contact details. Under the Legal Profession Act 2006 (ACT) and its subordinate laws, we must maintain accurate contact details (including the physical address) for clients that we may handle trust money for.

We need to collect this information from you upon our engagement, to ensure that we remain compliant with these regulations throughout your matter. Please note all fields are mandatory and you must provide your full legal name.

If we are instructed by more than one party, you must both submit a form to provide your details and confirm your instructions to proceed.

From there, we will:

• start the verification of identity (VOI) process
• send you a Client Authorisation Form to sign electronically, which enables us to represent you in dealings on the Land Titles Registry; and
• otherwise commence work on your matter.
